The TV advertising market is booming, and it’s all thanks to big-name brands.
In the first quarter of 2018, the top five TV advertisers spent $1.1 billion on ads across the industry, according to research firm Kantar Media.
These five brands were the likes of Apple, Disney, CBS, NBC, and Comcast, which together accounted for roughly $1 billion of that total.
In fact, the five top TV advertisers spend more on TV ads than the combined total of the biggest TV networks and the major studios.
And while you might think this number would be the norm, it isn’t.
There are still many TV advertisers out there that are waiting to see if the ad wars will get more exciting.
